1. Who we are

Way-Ya-Go Development helps independent RV park owners get their parks ready and sell them. We are a sale facilitator, not a buyer, and we do not make offers on parks. Sellers pay 0%. When we introduce the buyer, that buyer pays our 1.9% Transparency Premium at closing. We work by email only, at wayyago@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly in writing:

• Email & Document Submissions: Name, email address, park location, and property documents (such as T-12 statements, rent rolls, utility bills, and septic permits) sent directly to wayyago@gmail.com. (We operate strictly in writing and do not conduct cold phone pitches or video calls.)
• Website Forms & The Owner Letter: If you subscribe to The Owner Letter monthly brief or submit a Glitch Audit request form on our site, we collect the email address, name, and property notes you enter.

Automated data:

• Standard website analytics and cookies (you can control these in your browser)
• We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help sellers; it uses cookies and doesn’t collect your name or email.

3. How we use your information

• To review your documents and write your 48-hour written review
• To answer your emails about your park and a possible sale
• To introduce your park to vetted buyers, only with your permission
• To see which pages help sellers (Google Analytics), so we can improve the site
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How we share information & third-party processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or park documents. We share data only with:

• Form Routing Processor (Web3Forms): Website form submissions and Owner Letter sign-ups are securely routed to our desk (wayyago@gmail.com) using Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com). Web3Forms transmits your message directly to our email inbox without storing your financial documents on a public database. You can unsubscribe from The Owner Letter at any time by replying "Unsubscribe" to any email.
• Vetted Buyers & Transaction Advisors: Property data is shared with vetted buyers, title, escrow, or legal professionals only after we have reviewed your documents and received your explicit written consent to introduce a matched offer.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law.

• Service providers that run our website, email, and analytics (hosting, email, Google Analytics)

5. Data security & retention

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at wayyago@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
